How to play Wessex Lottery?
You’re only three steps away from playing the Wessex Lottery and making a difference to your local community:
- Step 1 | Decide how many £1 entries you would like to play each week.
- Step 2 | Join online by Direct Debit or Credit Card, or download and complete the Unity Lottery form and send by post.
- Step 3 | You will receive your lottery numbers in the post, and Unity Lottery will let you know when you will start playing.

You can buy entry to the weekly Wessex Lottery for a loved one as a special gift. You can purchase tickets online or complete a form on their behalf.
Please note that both parties must be over 18 years of age.
How does the Wessex Lottery work?
As a cancer support charity in Wessex, we work with Unity, the nation’s fundraising lottery for charity who run the lottery on our behalf.
You will be allocated with a unique six-digit lottery number, which will remain yours for as long as you wish to keep playing.
Prizes you can win:
- Match 6 = £25,000
- Match 5 = £1,000
- Match 4 = £25
- Match 3 = 5 entries into the next draw
You can purchase more than one lottery number if you wish. Winners have to match 3, 4, 5 or all 6 digits of the winning number in the correct place in the sequence.
The above example shows 4 digits matched in the correct sequence. This match would win £25.
