In-store purchases
We don’t offer refunds on items bought in store unless faulty. We offer a credit note or exchange provided that the item is returned with valid receipt and tag still attached within 28 days of purchase from the shop they bought it from. For example, if you if bought an item in Weeke, you will only be able to return the item to Weeke and use credit voucher in Weeke.
Online purchases
Online purchases are in with the platform policy.
45% offer days
45% day is only on the day stated. Customers cannot reserve items for that day. Discount not applicable to bought in goods-donated stock only and is not in conjunction with any other offer. Stock bought on that day is only worth the discounted price-they cannot bring it back for voucher at original price.
3 for 2 on all clothes and shoes
Buy 3 items made up of clothing and shoes and get the cheapest item free, offer valid only in participating retail stores.
20% off clothes and shoes
Minimum spend to redeem the offer is £15. Offer only valid on full price items and participating retail stores.
Double stamps offer for our loyalty cards
Stamps have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, management reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time. Only available at participating retail stores.
Sale offers
Discounts apply to selected items only, while stocks last, sales items are excluded from refunds or exchanges. This also includes ‘Everything for £1’ in store offers. Valid only in participating retail stores.
End of season sales

Delivery service
Products
We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and we are able to send your order either you home or to your place of work. Delivery times are calculated in working days Monday to Friday. If you order after 4 pm the next working day will be considered the first working day for delivery. In case of bank holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow an extra two working days.
We aim to deliver within 5 working days but sometimes due to high order volume certain in certain sales periods please allow 4 days before contacting us. We will attempt to email you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. All orders are sent out via Royal Mail 2nd class. Event tickets
Your event tickets will be emailed directly to you after your purchase has been confirmed. Please make sure you sign up to an event using your current email address.
