Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 100ml milk

  • 250ml apple and cranberry juice (we suggest not-from-concentrate juice as this provides more nutritional value)

  • 1 cup of frozen mixed berries (we suggest raspberries and blackberries)

  • ½ cup fresh strawberries

  • 1 slice of pineapple (carefully skinned)

     

Method

  • Simply add all of the ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth.

  • If you prefer a creamier smoothie you can always add some plain yoghurt.
