Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 300g spaghetti

  • 20ml oliveoil

  • 2 garlic cloves, pureed

  • Dash of sriracha

  • 175g diced bacon cubes

  • 5 eggs

  • 120ml cream

  • 100g finely grated parmesan

  • Handful of fresh chopped parsley

  • Salt and pepper to taste



  • Cook the spaghetti until al dente in salted water, then rise and set aside.

  • Next, pour a fine layer of olive oil into a large frying pan and heat the garlic, sriracha and bacon cubes until cooked. Keep it on a low heat so as not to burn the garlic.

  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and cream together.

  • Increase the heat of the frying pan to medium-low and add the cooked spaghetti. Then, pour in the egg mixture. Keep tossing everything about with tongs,

  • Add half of the cheese and continue tossing until the eggs are cooked.

  • Sprinkle over the remaining cheese and the chopped parsley.
