Wildflower yoga
A beautiful, gentle sequence focusing on moving the joints of the body in time with your breath. This practice really focuses on the mind-body connection and will leave you feeling scrumptious! Also known to as the “anti-rheumatic group”, ideal for anyone suffering from arthritis, heart conditions or if you have been told not to undertake any physically strenuous exercise. The practice can often be overlooked by more experienced practitioners, because of it’s seeming simplicity.
Yoga isn’t about achieving difficult poses with your body, it’s about being present and aware, no matter how simple the movement or pose may seem. Re-ground and re-centre your practice with this beautiful sequence.
