Keeping You Safe

We take your safety very seriously and we will be putting measures in place to ensure that the event is covid-secure. As part of this, we will be introducing safety measures as outlined below:

  • You must not attend the event if you, or anyone in your household or social bubble, have been showing symptoms of Covid-19 (or have tested positive to Covid-19) within the last 14 days
  • Start times will be staggered with only 40 places available on each 30-minute time slot
  • A marked queuing system will be implemented for arrival at the event with 2m spacing
  • Participants must follow social distancing guidelines and adhere to the ‘Rule of Six’ and gather in groups of no more than 6 people
  • A one-way system will be in place through the start area as well as on the route itself. Please follow instructions and signage
  • Hand sanitiser stations will be located at the registration desk. Please ensure you use these
  • All heavy use areas in the start/finish area will be cleaned at regular intervals throughout the evening
  • Face coverings will be encouraged in the start/finish area. Please bring a face mask with you
  • Our staff and volunteers will all be in appropriate PPE for the event
  • No changing rooms will be available
  • Toilets will be available in the Eclipse Inn and these will be regularly sanitised
  • Everyone on site must provide details for NHS Test and Trace
  • T-shirts and goody bags will be touch free (laid out by our team wearing fresh gloves). Please note that the t-shirt size requested on registration will be the size you are given and these cannot be exchanged on the night
  • Anyone over 70 years old or with a compromised health condition should be aware that, should they contract coronavirus, there is a greater risk of serious consequences
  • All participants will be sent a link to complete a medical and health declaration form which must be completed prior to the event

We will be constantly reviewing and updating our measures in line with government guidelines and we will send all participants the most up to date information prior to the event.

If the event is cancelled by us you will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price.
