HR Adviser to the Board of Trustees – Voluntary Role


Role description: To provide high-level advice and insight got the Board of Trustees, to help ensure effective strategic management of Wessex Cancer Trust’s staff and volunteers.

Time commitment:

-To attend and take a proactive involvement in HR Committee meetings (4 times per year- meetings approximately 1.5 hours).
-Possible attendance at 1 or 2 full board meetings
-Ad hoc support for CEO & SLT or via telephone/ email as and when required.

Remuneration: This is a voluntary post for which there is no remuneration. Reasonable travel and subsistence expenses are paid.
