I wanted to challenge myself this year. This is the perfect way to do so while helping those in need!

So many people are affected by cancer. I want to do my part to help...and if treking 20 miles around the New Forest while raising money helps then that's what I'll do!

Wessex Cancer Trust believes that there should be help and support available to everyone living with cancer, when and where they need it.

They have six cancer support centres, which cover Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and the IOW. Their centres have specialist counsellors to help deal with the emotional impact of cancer and complementary therapies to improve wellbeing, help with pain management and increase self-confidence. The charity also provides a range of support and activity groups along with specialist children’s services and helps 8,000 local people each year.
