What time does registration open? 
An hour and a half before your start time.

Is there an age limit?
No, but all runners under 16 need to be supervised by a registered adult.

What time does the event start?
11am with registration from 9.30am

Are there refreshments for sale at the venue?
There will be hot drinks and food available from mobile catering vans at the event.

Are there toilets on site?
Yes there are toilets near the car park

Are Dogs allowed?
They are allowed on site but cannot run the course. 

Is there car parking at the venue?

Is there a bag drop at the park?
Due to security reasons, there is no bag drop available at this event.

Do I have to raise sponsorship? How much?
Your entry fee only covers the cost of putting on the event so we ask all entrants to try to raise as much sponsorship as possible. All the money raised will help us support Island people affected by cancer. 

There will also be a trophy for the Frosty fundraiser or team that raises the most sponsorship.

Can I pay and register on the day?
There may be a limited number of places available on the day but this will be confirmed nearer the time.

Do I receive a medal?
Yes, every participant registered will receive a medal.

Wave Times: The first wave will be at 11am. If this becomes full we may introduce another wave at 12pm.

Is it wheelchair/pushchair friendly?
Yes, weather depending, but, please note, there are gravel paths which may be tricky to negotiate in a wheelchair or pushchair.
