Ingredients (serves 2)

  • One large ripe or overripe banana

  • 2-3 tbsp. chocolate drink powder (or to taste)

  • 150ml milk, or alternative substitute

  • Ice cubes, shaved or finely cracked

     

Method

  • Place all ingredients in a blender, blend until a smooth texture

  • Taste the smoothie, and add more ingredients to your taste
