TV stars will bring sparkle to our Christmas celebrations

A trio of celebrities is headlining our special Christmas concert at St Peter’s Church in Titchfield on Monday 6th December.

Actor Martin Clunes, journalist Alastair Stewart and broadcaster Alan Titchmarsh are guest readers at the celebrations which will raise money to support local people living with cancer.

Around 300 guests will enjoy an evening of carols and music, with performances from our Cosham Sing for Life choir, in Hampshire’s oldest church.

Sally Hillyear, Wessex Cancer Support’s Head of Fundraising, says:

“We’re incredibly grateful for the support of Martin, Alastair and Alan. Living with a cancer diagnosis can be incredibly hard and it’s been even more of a challenge during the Covid-19 pandemic.  We’re delighted to be in this wonderful church in Titchfield and can promise guests a very special evening. Christmas was put on hold last year, so it will be lovely to be able to come together to celebrate.”

Tickets for the church concert are £20. There are also a limited number of £35 VIP tickets available where you can enjoy drinks and canapes with the celebrities at the Bugle Hotel, Titchfield. Bagpipes will then lead you to the church where you’ll have reserved seats. The VIP reception starts at 6.30pm and the concert begins at 7.45pm.
